Seneca Jones Timber leads new anti-49 contributors
Oregonians In Action has raised and spent $2.2 million so far in opposing the measure, which is one of two statewide measures on the Nov. 6 ballot. The proposal would restrict development allowed under the Measure 37 property-rights law passed by voters in 2004. The Yes on 49 campaign has reported spending $4.5 million.
