Measure 37 donor "Davidson Industries" has filed 34 separate Measure 37 development claims east of Siltcoos Lake - and demands $58 million in compensation

Davidson Industries gave $5,000 to help support the passage of Measure 37 in 2004. Since then, the company's owners have filed 34 separate Measure 37 development claims just east of Siltcoos Lake and Siltcoos Station, and just west of Canary Road. The company is seeking to subdivide and build separate parcels on the land, but their development intent remains vague.  The total compensation demanded for only 16 of the 34 claims (available online) totals $58,599,015.
