On Monday, September 17, D8 Caterpillars started bulldozing a road for a massive Measure 37 subdivision in Marion County. The claim was never approved by the county, but the claimants - Leroy L., Jean R. Laack, M. Duane Rawlins, Greg M. Eide, Andrew A. and Margaret Rainone – ignored this detail, and hired North Santiam Paving to build the road. Construction began that Monday morning.
